About Linda

Linda Nardini has been helping people achieve their fitness goals for nearly thirty years.  She is certified in many specialized fields in order to help a wide range of individuals, as detailed below.  Her goal is to make exercise fun while ensuring that her clients reach their own unique goals.

She spent the majority of her career associated with Spa Lady in Lyndhurst, but has also worked at several other area gyms.

Linda started learning more about Pilates in the early 2000s, when it was first becoming popular.  She was attracted to the controlled movements and focused breathing of the method as well as the results her clients quickly saw.  Pilates helps with posture and flexibility, but also strength development.
