Private Pilates Equipment-Assisted (reformer) Sessions

One-on-one instruction completely tailored to your background and fitness goals. You'll work with a trainer to define what you want to achieve and then your workouts will be targeted toward your goals.

$80 for a single 55-minute session, $75 per session when you buy 5, or $70 per session when you buy 10.

New client introductory package: $200 for 3 private sessions to introduce you to Pulse!

Small Group Pilates Equipment-Assisted (reformer) Sessions

You and three other members receive tailored instruction in a small group setting.  

$50 per person for a single 55-minute session, $45 per person when you buy 5, or $40 per person when you buy 10.

VIRTUAL Group Classes

Single virtual class of any type costs $15
Purchase a package of 10 for $100
Purchase a package of 22 for $200

Note that all of our group mat and barre classes are virtual.
